5. 이의 신청 (Counter Notice)

본인의 콘텐츠가 오인으로 삭제되었다고 판단하는 경우, 아래 정보를 포함하여 이의 신청을 할 수 있습니다.

  1. 성명 및 연락처
  2. 삭제된 콘텐츠의 설명 및 위치
  3. 삭제가 오인 또는 잘못된 식별로 인한 것이라는 진술
  4. 관할 법원의 재판권에 동의한다는 진술
  5. 서명 (전자 서명 가능)
